Processing OUR CRICKETS

Our frozen crickets are placed in boiling water for 2 minutes to kill off any microbes.

The crickets are removed and left to cool and dry for a few minutes.

The cooled and dried crickets are placed on a baking tray.

We dehydrate the crickets on a low heat (50C) for 5 hours.

When dehydrated the crickets are left to cool for a few minutes and either ground into a protein powder or left whole and packaged.

The final product, packaged in reusable containers!
